Automotive Service Manager

We service customers with a wide range of automotive needs, including brakes, diagnostics, engine repair, air conditioning, suspensions, tires, alignments, electrical systems, and scheduled maintenance.

As a store manager, you will be responsible for greeting customers in a friendly manner, developing relationships, and exceeding expectations. You will coordinate the workflow of technicians, and you will also recommend and sell needed tires and auto repair/maintenance services to customers.

• 10+ years sales/operations/management experience (automotive industry preferred)
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Automotive experience in direct repair and diagnostics, general repairs and maintenance
• ASE certification preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good computer and phone skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
• Be able to pass background check
• Valid Driver's License
• High School degree, college preferred

• Pay:
  From $60,000 per year
