Responsibilities- Oversee daily jobsite activities on a commercial project in Central, Utah
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, material deliveries, and inspections
- Maintain and adjust the project schedule in coordination with the project manager
- Ensure jobsite safety and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Track and report daily progress and field conditions
- Communicate regularly with the owner’s rep, city officials, and internal teams
- Help manage layout, as-built drawings, and field logistics
Note:
This role is approximately 70% management / 30% hands-on. We welcome candidates from trades, labor, or field engineer backgrounds who are ready to step into a leadership role.
- Entry Level Super: 3+ years of experience in construction (field, trades, or supervision)
- Mid Level Super: 8+ years of commercial superintendent experience
- A strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and ability to take initiative
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Comfort with technology (email, smartphones, simple scheduling or PM apps)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand tools and power tools are a plus

- Familiarity with reading plans, specs, and coordinating inspections
