• Oversee daily jobsite activities on a commercial project in Central, Utah
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, material deliveries, and inspections
• Maintain and adjust the project schedule in coordination with the project manager
• Ensure jobsite safety and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Track and report daily progress and field conditions
• Communicate regularly with the owner’s rep, city officials, and internal teams
• Help manage layout, as-built drawings, and field logistics

Note:

This role is approximately 70% management / 30% hands-on. We welcome candidates from trades, labor, or field engineer backgrounds who are ready to step into a leadership role.

• Entry Level Super: 3+ years of experience in construction (field, trades, or supervision)
• Mid Level Super: 8+ years of commercial superintendent experience
• A strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and ability to take initiative
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Comfort with technology (email, smartphones, simple scheduling or PM apps)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic hand tools and power tools are a plus

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with commercial ground-up or tenant improvement projects
• Familiarity with reading plans, specs, and coordinating inspections
