Job Title: Jr. Analyst/Configuration Manager
Location: Hill AFB, UT
Job Type: Full-Time

Systems Implementers, Inc. (SI) is a contracted implementation consulting firm performing work at Hill AFB in Utah. The ideal candidate will have both functional and technical knowledge. We are always looking for motivated, energetic people who want to learn and grow with our business. This is not a remote position.

• Provide user support for the ERP system across all areas within the squadron/group
• Engage daily with planners, schedulers, shop floor employees, engineers, PSTs, and configuration managers from other areas
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Item/BOM attributes and the impact on system transactions
• Understand and implement proper BOM structuring in compliance with the technical order
• Process Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) by evaluating and implementing proposed changes while ensuring adherence to established procedures, technical orders, and any authorized deviations
• Analyze configuration issues and propose appropriate resolutions
• Effectively execute change requests to production and on-work documents
• Conduct configuration audits to ensure accuracy and to identify and rectify discrepancies
• Maintain knowledge and clear understanding of any system changes
• Effectively communicate changes and updates to all relevant parties
• Participate in software testing and proof of concept activities
• Contribute to process improvements events
• Provide training and guidance on configuration management processes, tools, and best practices
• Identify and analyze issues to resolve conventional problems of increasing efficiency and productivity
• Gather and consolidate appropriate data according to prescribed time frames
• Conduct analysis and prepare reports, spreadsheets, graphs, templates, and briefing charts for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Perform any additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and organization

• Bachelor's degree or 7 years of relevant experience
• Experience in configuration management, including knowledge of industry standards and best practices
• Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to interact with people
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• U.S. Citizen
• Ability to work on-site at Hill Air Force Base

• Experience with SQL
• Strong technical writing skills

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
