OverviewThe Game Management
- Tickets/Concessions position supports USU Eastern Athletics during home game day events by running the tickets and concessions stands. The successful applicant will be assigned to work a variety of game day responsibilities based on event needs.
- Take cash and provide proper change
- Run and manage a till
- Provide excellent customer service in a professional and timely manner
- Handle food and beverage
- Some experience working a register
- Experience working with and handling food properly
- Food handler permit or ability to obtain with 30 days of hire
- Be able to deal with stressful situations
- Requires reading, communication, and problem solving skills equivalent to a high school education or GED
- Must be a team player who can work with the students, members of the community, and athletes
- Must be able to work some weekends
- Dependable, responsible contributor committed to excellence and success
- Self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision
- Organizational skills
- Effective written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and work cooperatively with fellow staff members
- Basic computer skills
- Must be dependable
