• Build and manage a book of clients through consultative, needs-based conversations
• Deliver comprehensive financial strategies tailored to individual client goals
• Guide clients through investment, insurance, retirement, and estate planning options
• Foster long-term relationships based on trust, service, and ongoing education
• Leverage a wide range of financial products and planning tools
• Collaborate with senior advisors and mentors for training and ongoing development
