Utah Insurance Litigation Attorney

We are hiring one Utah-licensed attorney with 1–5 years of first-party property insurance experience to handle residential, commercial, and HOA insurance claims.

• First-party property damage claims (hail, wind, roof)
• Commercial and HOA insurance disputes
• Appraisal and arbitration matters
• Pre-suit through active litigation
• Select bad-faith matters

You will run your own docket with firm infrastructure behind you.

• Commission plus base salary, based on experience
• Commission: 25% on firm-generated matters
• Commission: up to 40% on self-generated matters
• Paid on collected fees

• Firm-generated cases provided
• Case managers, paralegals, intake, CRM, and litigation support included
• Experts and trial support available when warranted

• 1–5 years first-party insurance litigation experience
• Comfortable managing deadlines, hearings, and discovery independently
• Able to appear in Utah courts as required

• You need constant supervision or training
• You lack first-party insurance experience
• You are not licensed in Utah

• Prefer performance over politics
• Want infrastructure without bureaucracy
• Are confident betting on themselves

• Confirmation you are Utah-licensed
• Your years of first-party insurance experience
