the department of alcoholic beverage services is seeking a results oriented leader to fill their warehouse supervisor position on the swing shift. You will be working alongside and supervising a team of employees who are responsible for the accurate shipping, receiving and storage of product.

responsibilities
  • supervise others by delegating assignments, hiring, monitoring performance, training, initiating corrective or disciplinary actions.
  • work from 2 p.m. To 10:30 p.m. Monday through friday (occasional saturdays and sundays as needed).
  • work in an air conditioned warehouse environment.
  • ensure all warehouse assignments are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • operate computer and automated inventory systems.
  • conduct regular or spot check inventory audits.
  • assists with special projects and other duties as needed to support department initiatives.
  • uphold the dabs standards of equipment safety, upkeep and training.
  • performs other related duties as assigned, within the scope of this role.
minimum requirements
  • be able to work independently.
  • have strong supervisory experience.
  • be able to make decisions to ensure the daily assignments are completed.
  • have warehouse experience.
  • be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • be able to work saturdays and sundays as needed.
  • be able to lift 75 pounds on a continuous basis.
  • be at least 21 years of age.
preference(s)
  • previous asrs experience preferred.
