Job Description – RN‑Surgery Outpatient (1611277)
Castleview Hospital
Provides care in the ambulatory setting directed toward meeting both the psychosocial and physical needs of the patient. The nurse reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, maintains a steady level of productivity, works as a team player, and communicates on behalf of the patient, reflecting the mission, ethics and goals of the facility and the department’s focus statement.
Qualifications- Current Utah RN licensure.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, or ability to obtain upon hire.
