Registered Nurse; RN Medical-Surgical

Job Overview

The position offers a $10,000 sign‑on bonus and is open to new graduates. As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Castleview Hospital, you will provide specialized care to patients ranging from neonatal to geriatric, within a collaborative Med/Surg Department during a vital mission to improve community health.

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Perform timely and accurate quality improvement assessments.

• Current state RN license.
• Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• ACLS and PALS certifications.
• One year of experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.
