Our client, a leading provider of clinical communication solutions is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Executive to cover the Western U.S. territory. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of a high-potential region, managing an active pipeline and partnering closely with both customers and channel distributors.
Key Responsibilities- Lead direct sales efforts across the territory while managing and influencing exclusive channel partner relationships.
- Drive pipeline progression and new business development.
- Represent highly specialized solutions in a competitive landscape dominated by large matrix sales organizations.
- Develop deep customer relationships by understanding clinical workflows and hospital procurement cycles.
- Own the entire sales cycle from identification through close, in partnership with marketing and internal teams.
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in health tech, capital equipment, or software solutions.
- Proven success selling into acute and long-term care environments, ideally with CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar).
- Experience managing channel/distributor relationships and working within complex procurement processes.
- Strong communication and consultative sales skills with a storytelling-driven approach.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to manage long sales cycles (12–18 months).
Location: Remote – Western U.S. territory (must be based within region and near a major airport).
Remuneration: Up to $200,000 OTE (uncapped, paid quarterly), plus travel expenses and additional benefits.
