Assist Store Manager in managing the Perishable Departments including produce, fresh meat, packaged meats, dairy, frozen foods, bread, and bakery items.;
Maintain correct perishable stock levels and ensure freshness, quality, and proper merchandising.;
Train associates in proper stocking, handling, presentation, and pricing of perishable products; ensure compliance with sanitation standards.;
Record perishable markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrence; maintain inventory accuracy as requested by Store Support Center.;
Support cash accountability, loss prevention, and customer service in the Perishable departments..
