Prince Albert Dental Clinic in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan is hiring a full-time, permanent Medical Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative operations in a busy dental clinic. This position offers 35 to 40 hours per week at $24.56 per hour.
Duties include scheduling and confirming patient appointments; receiving and communicating messages for patients and clinic staff; greeting patients and responding to routine inquiries; entering, updating and maintaining confidential patient files and electronic records; preparing and processing forms, correspondence, reports and other clinic documents; completing insurance and other claim forms; verifying and organizing patient information; filing, scanning and retrieving records; processing administrative paperwork related to patient care;
and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic.
The position also includes ordering and monitoring office supplies, maintaining organized administrative systems, using clinic software and standard office programs, and ensuring all information is handled accurately and confidentially.
The successful candidate must be detail‑oriented, organized, professional, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced healthcare setting with strong communication and customer service skills.
Work is performed on site at Prince Albert Dental Clinic in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.
