Qualifications   Minimum 4 years experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role
Experience processing vendor invoices and coordinating with the Ship/Receive department on inventory issues
Strong organizational skills and ability to learn and adapt quickly
Ability to work within and meet required deadlines
Attention to detail and ability to multi‑task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel and Word, and general data entry
Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities   Match vendor invoice quantities to actual quantities received and identify inventory issues
Receive inventories by matching physical quantities to packing slips and enter the received inventory into the system
Work with the Ship/Receive department to resolve inventory issues
Identify vendor credits and communicate with vendors to receive credits in due course
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical office support tasks
Balance cash and bank deposits
Review, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and couriers electronically or manually
Manage office supplies and maintenance of office equipment
File, fax, photocopy, scan documents
Perform general accounts payable and other administrative duties as required
