The Prevention Services Program Director seeks an Executive Assistant to facilitate organized and efficient office operations. The position involves scheduling, documentation, and managing sensitive data related to families and community members. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage phone communications and direct inquiries

• Help schedule community meetings and appointments

• Create and organize meeting agendas and minutes

• Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper

• Provide office support including photocopying and scanning

Requirements:
