Reception​/Inventory Clerk

Prince Albert Toyota is growing again and we're looking for someone Toyotally Awesome to grow with us.

The combined Reception and Inventory Clerk position is really the Manager of First Impressions at our dealership. We're looking for a positive, outgoing, organized person to join our award winning team. and team

• Greet visitors, clients and vendors professionally and direct them to the right people and areas.
• Answer, Screen, and route incoming phone calls, emails, and faxes
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages.
• Perform basic general office duties like data entry, filling, and scheduling.

• Receive new and pre-owned inventory into the dealership and enter into the DMS.
• Book into service, detail, or subtrade as required
• Update website with accessories, pricing, or and items needed to maintain accuracy for clients.
• Monthly inventory and plate audits
• Perform other tasks as required and related to the position

• Skills:
  
  Strong phone etiquette, proficiency in Microsoft office software, and basic graphic (photo shop),
• Experience:
  
  1 to 2 years of clerical or customer-facing work.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma; business or marketing courses are an asset
• Valid Saskatchewan Drivers License
