Northern Inter-Tribal Health Finance Manager

Join the Northern Inter-Tribal Health Authority as a Finance Manager in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. This full-time position focuses on budgeting, financial reporting, and policy compliance within First Nations healthcare.

In this role, you will report to the Executive Director and undertake critical financial functions guided by established policies. Your key tasks will include preparing program budgets, producing monthly and annual financial updates, and ensuring adherence to GAAP. You will also oversee payroll, manage accounts, and build relationships with banks while complying with funding regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage annual program budgets

• Prepare detailed monthly and annual financial reports

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable management

• Maintain compliance with audit standards

• Update and maintain the financial management policy

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• At least 5 years of finance or accounting experience

• Experience with SAGE 300 accounting software is mandatory

• CPA designation or in progress is preferred

• Strong leadership and confidentiality maintenance
