Job Description
Job Summary
Lead and oversee financial planning, reporting, and risk management to support organizational objectives. Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership and ensure accurate, compliant financial operations.

Main Duties- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and long-term plans to meet organizational goals.
- Prepare, manage and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage cash flow, treasury activities, and capital allocation to optimize liquidity and funding requirements.
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls and risk management processes; coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate finance team members while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration; professional designation (e.g., CPA, CFA) is an asset.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial management, budgeting, or corporate finance roles.
- Proven experience preparing budgets, forecasts, financial statements, and management reports.
- Proficiency with financial software and enterprise resource planning systems; advanced spreadsheet skills.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills with experience managing teams and engaging senior management.
