Financial Advisor, Member Services at Conexus

Join Conexus as a Financial Advisor in the Member Contact Centre, focusing on investments in Saskatoon, Regina, or Prince Albert. This role emphasizes providing personalized financial planning and investment solutions to enhance member experiences.

In this advisory capacity, you will engage with members to understand their financial needs and goals. By offering a full suite of financial services and investment products, you will play a vital role in guiding them towards achieving their aspirations. Proactively communicating and championing member satisfaction is key to this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and advise on members' financial goals

• Offer accounts, investment products, and mutual funds

• Conduct outreach to educate on products and services

• Enhance member relationships through referrals to experts

• Manage incoming calls in the MCC Advice queues

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of advisory experience in finance

• Must be registered to sell mutual funds

• Sales or call centre experience is beneficial

• Pursuing Financial Planner designation is a plus

• Required IFIC or CSC license for investment products
