As a full-time Finance Manager, you will report to the Executive Director, executing essential financial functions that support organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop annual budgets and ensure accurate financial reporting

• Oversee the financial management policy and procedure implementation

• Manage payroll, accounts receivables, and payables functions

• Foster banking relationships and ensure compliance with audits

• Customize financial reports and forecasts to meet organizational needs

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

• Minimum of 5 years in finance or accounting roles

• Strong knowledge of SAGE 300 software

• CPA designation preferred or in progress

• Familiarity with First Nations funding and reporting requirements
