Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the full-time position of Associate Director, People & Culture – Labour Relations Focus based out of our Administration Office in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

Are you an experienced and visionary Labour Relations professional with a passion for shaping a positive, high-performing, and legally compliant workplace across multiple locations, business units, collective agreements, and non-unionized environments? The Associate Director, People & Culture focuses on providing strategic leadership in labour relations, team member experience, and the employee life cycle while supporting the full People & Culture portfolio.

You will partner closely with the People & Culture team and leaders across the association to build capacity, strengthen culture, and ensure our people practices reflect our mission, vision, values and commitment to delivering an exceptional team member experience.
