Position: Full-Time Janitorial Manager for Eldorado Mine

Reporting to the lodge manager, you will supervise the janitorial team, ensuring all areas uphold quality standards and contract commitments. Your experience in janitorial management will guide your planning, monitoring, and training. This position will also require active problem-solving and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and lead nightly janitorial operations

• Monitor daily activities of the housing team

• Ensure high-quality work meets contract standards

• Conduct inspections to maintain cleanliness

• Train and supervise staff for optimal performance

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License needed

• 2 years of related management experience preferred

• Competent team leadership and training skills

• Knowledge of cleaning standards and regulations

• Able to fulfill physical job requirements
