NITHA is seeking a Cultural Program Manager dedicated to fostering community connections through innovative cultural programming. This role involves building partnerships, planning events, and supporting staff training in cultural safety. You will evaluate community impact, ensuring all initiatives align with cultural values and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and resource diverse community cultural programming

• Engage with Elders, Knowledge Keepers, and artists

• Manage partnerships and cultural initiatives effectively

• Support cultural safety training for colleagues

• Evaluate community participation and outcomes regularly

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent

• Post-secondary education in Indigenous Studies or related field

• Background in program management or community engagement

• Strong organizational skills and cultural knowledge

• Respectful partnership abilities to foster connections
