Coordinator Engagement and Philanthropy

Make a difference with the Rose Garden Hospice Association as the Coordinator for Engagement and Philanthropy in Prince Albert. This full-time role involves enhancing community relationships and fundraising efforts.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors to build relationships with donors, volunteers, and community partners. You will lead initiatives to implement community engagement strategies that bolster the hospice's fundraising goals and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders

• Design and execute effective community engagement initiatives

• Organize donor stewardship activities and major fundraising events

• Raise awareness and support for hospice services

• Develop strategies to enhance philanthropic engagement

Requirements:

• University Certificate or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years experience in philanthropy or related fields

• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities

• Successful background in organizing fundraising campaigns

• Experience in increasing community engagement initiatives
