Our Precision Ag Specialists deliver exceptional service by providing Intelligence Solutions support of Precision Ag items that add value to customers. In one of Canada's top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly & collaborative environment that encourages learning & growth.
Responsibilities- Provide Precision Ag customer consultation & solutions
- Interpret customer data, provide training & support for systems
- Sales of products/services linking customer ag needs w/equipment
- Develop relationships with all internal depts
- Stay up to date on latest John Deere equipment & tech
- Plan/facilitate customer demo, clinic events, field start ups
- Reporting & record keeping
- Assist in training for all staff
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and training skills
- 1-2 years’ experience working in ag or related role
- Dealership sales, service, training experience in ag
- Knowledge/familiarity with tech used in ag equipment
- Ability to use desktop and internet systems
- Travel within designated area
- Work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, holidays
- A valid Class 5 Drivers License
