In this role you will deliver exceptional retail service to our customers through new and used agricultural and turf equipment sales, as you work towards becoming one our Territory Managers. • Represent the company for the sale of new and used machinery (Lawn & Garden, Compact Utility Tractors etc.) to walk-in customers
• Participate in required sales activities (cold calling, customer follow ups, monitoring , completing tender submissions etc)
• Assists Territory Managers with sales paperwork and inventory processes
• Maintain current product and financing knowledge of all equipment & products, parts, and services available to customers
• Coordinate in-branch displays and merchandising of equipment
• Conducts equipment demonstrations and promotions
• Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge

• Exceptional customer relationship and communication skills
• 1+ years of retail sales experience
• Knowledge of agriculture or turf equipment and farming/operational practices preferred
• Ability to use standard computer systems such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
• Significant independent travel, valid driver’s licence
• Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
