We’re looking for an experienced  Sales Consultant  to join our dynamic team and help deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner
Guide clients through the vehicle purchase process from start to finish
Understand and match customers with the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
Follow up with potential and existing customers to build long-term relationships
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals in a commission-based environment
Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system

What We’re Looking For:

Previous sales experience  (automotive sales is an asset, but not required)
Comfortable with a  commission-based pay structure
Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you're a true  people person
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
