Position: Full-Time Project Sales Leadership

Lake Country Co-op is seeking a full-time Project Sales Manager for its Home and Building Centre in Shellbrook, Saskatchewan. Drive service excellence while enhancing sales through strategic initiatives.

In this strategic role, you will lead the project sales function across Shellbrook and support nearby Shell Lake. Your key focus will be to build strong relationships with contractors while ensuring accuracy in project lifecycle management from quoting to completion. Ensure effective collaboration with Home Centre teams to optimize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project sales and service delivery for customers

• Develop and implement pricing and merchandising strategies

• Manage project lifecycle from accurate quoting to fulfillment

• Foster relationships with contractors and commercial clients

• Analyze and act on sales metrics to boost performance

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence for travel between locations

• Ability to meet physical demands within a home centre

• Experience in project sales leadership and customer service

• Strong organizational skills for sales processes

• Proficient in resolving customer issues professionally
