As a Lead Fleet Technician / Shop Foreman, you will oversee the maintenance and repair activities for our school bus fleet, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

• Supervising and supporting technicians in day‑to‑day shop operations
• Scheduling maintenance and repairs to maintain fleet readiness
• Creating work orders and managing workflow from start to finish
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues
• Maintaining advanced knowledge of all vehicle systems and components
• Ensuring accurate service records and compliance with safety standards
• Monitoring shop performance and implementing operational improvements

• Journeyperson Heavy Duty Equipment Technician (Red Seal) or equivalent experience
• Strong background working with diesel engines, commercial transport vehicles, or transit buses
• Ownership of a basic mechanic's tool set
• Proven commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is considered an asset

• $5,000 signing bonus
• $44-$46 per hour, depending on experience and certifications
