Position: Calgary Based Solids Control Field Technician
Elevate your career at Stage 3 as a Solids Control Field Technician in Calgary, Alberta, where your work in managing drilling operations significantly enhances project outcomes. This role includes remote travel across Canada focusing on safety and efficiency.

As a key member of our team, you will work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule, extensively training on state-of-the-art equipment crucial to our mud systems. You are expected to develop a sound understanding of drilling fluid properties while executing daily responsibilities in a high-stakes environment. Your engagement in safety protocols is vital for the operational integrity of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and operate various solids control machinery

• Analyze and maintain drilling fluid properties

• Participate actively in safety awareness discussions

• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness on job sites

• Document daily operations and complete reports

Requirements:

• High School diploma required; technical degree is a plus

• Experience with solid control systems advantageous

• Must be able to travel and work outdoors in varied conditions

• Valid driver’s license required with clean record

• Commitment to safety and quality service a must
