This full-time position requires strong leadership and communication skills while managing project resources. The role involves reading blueprints, overseeing productivity, and ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained on every job site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings

• Lead a team to ensure efficient and high-quality work

• Schedule workforce needs in collaboration with the Project Manager

• Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections

• Complete daily reports and documentation using software

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in commercial drywall and framing

• Proven leadership in supervising crews

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and equipment

• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
