• Supervise and coordinate the activities of concrete crew members, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
• Assist with the preparation of work sites, including setting up forms, pouring concrete, and finishing surfaces.
• Operate and maintain concrete construction equipment and tools.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor junior crew members to develop their skills and expertise in concrete construction.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor quality control and ensure that all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

• Required
  
  Work Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3 years of experience in concrete construction, with a focus on municipal projects.
• Required Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Basic aptitude for using applications. Must be tech-savvy with the ability to use Build2 Win, Site Docs and other programs.
• Travel Requirements: 5%
• Additional Requirements: Robust leadership abilities and the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in concrete forming, pouring, and finishing techniques.
• Knowledge of concrete curing methods and surface treatments.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
