Temporary Maintenance Contractor Position

Join our property management company as a temporary maintenance contractor. Bring your skills in drywall, carpentry, plumbing, and painting to maintain our properties effectively.

We are seeking a skilled contractor with a valid driver's license and access to a truck. You will perform interior and exterior maintenance, complete inspections, and address tenant service issues while collaborating with other maintenance staff on seasonal projects. A basic set of tools and the capability to lift heavy items are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interior and exterior maintenance projects

• Perform property inspections thoroughly

• Address tenant service issues promptly

• Haul waste and other maintenance items

• Assist with seasonal maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and truck preferred

• Ability to complete basic drywall, plumbing, and carpentry repairs

• Basic set of tools to perform tasks

• Capacity for long periods of standing and lifting up to 100 pounds

• Comfortable with working at heights or in tight spaces
