Automotive Service Technician

Job Overview

Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience required. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining automotive systems across a range of applications.

• Review work orders and perform road tests on motor vehicles.
• Test automotive systems and components; adjust, repair, or replace parts.
• Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturers’ specifications.
• Estimate parts and labour costs for maintenance and repair tasks.
• Perform scheduled maintenance service.
• Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements.
• Complete reports to record problems and work performed.
