We are actively seeking a maintenance contractor with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, ideally a truck. Key skills include the ability to perform basic repairs like drywall, flooring, plumbing, and painting. The position involves physical tasks such as lifting heavy items and climbing ladders, with an emphasis on organized and efficient work habits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interior and exterior maintenance projects

• Perform inspections of properties and premises

• Haul garbage and other items as required

• Address tenant service issues promptly

• Assist other maintenance staff with seasonal duties

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and transportation needed
