As a Service Technician with AG Authority, you will play a vital role in maintaining reliable equipment through quality service and repairs. Your tasks will include diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues while collaborating with parts and service teams. This position not only supports customer productivity but emphasizes safety and compliance in all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues per manufacturer standards

• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections

• Provide in-shop and field service support as needed

• Complete accurate work orders and service documentation

• Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Requirements:

• Journeyperson certification or active apprentice status

• Experience with agricultural or heavy equipment preferred

• Ability to diagnose complex system problems

• Valid driver's license required

• Strong commitment to safety protocols
