Position: SaskEnergy Gas Operations Technician
Become an Operations Technician with Sask Energy, focusing on gas system installations and maintenance. This permanent full-time position emphasizes safety and customer service.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability of our gas systems. The Operations Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, installation, and responding to emergencies. This role requires specific qualifications, including a gas fitter’s license and relevant experience in the natural gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct troubleshooting and repairs of gas facilities

• Participate in emergency response and mitigation planning

• Monitor odorant and cathodic protection systems

• Oversee contractor work for compliance

• Gather and maintain accurate operational records

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent

• Journeyperson Plumbing Certificate required

• Gas fitter's license (general/domestic)

• Valid Class 5 driver's license

• A minimum of three years in the natural gas sector
