Sask Tel is seeking a dedicated Field Services Technician for a permanent full-time position. This role involves providing high-quality face-to-face customer service while managing voice and broadband equipment installations. Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure efficient operations and service delivery in various environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain voice, broadband, and critical infrastructure equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair faulty customer premise equipment

• Conduct site surveys for installation planning

• Operate heavy equipment safely for cable placement

• Provide customer training on products and services

Requirements:

• Two-year diploma or equivalent experience in telecommunications

• Knowledge of installation and repair procedures

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors
