Become a key part of OmniTRAX as a Signal Maintainer, focusing on inspection and repairs of critical signaling systems across the railroad. This role combines technical skills with teamwork in a dynamic setting.
In this position, you will handle the maintenance of wayside signals and grade crossing warning devices, ensuring they operate safely and comply with regulations. Collaborate with regional management for effective troubleshooting and maintenance solutions, contributing to the seamless operation of our rail services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections and maintain signaling systems
• Document and report all maintenance work
• Operate maintenance equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations
• Support on-call signal troubleshooting as necessary
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Five years of experience in railroad operations
• Solid knowledge of signaling and communication systems
• Ability to operate various tools and equipment
• Valid Driver’s License and necessary certifications
