Handyman​/Maintanance Carpenter

Our busy property management / real estate company is looking for a temporary maintenance contractor.

• Valid driver's license
• Means of transportation:
  Preferred form of transportation would be a truck.
• Ability to hook up and pull a trailer, as well as back it up to properties when required
• MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO COMPLETE BASIC DRYWALL/CARPENTRY, FLOORING, PLUMBING REPAIRS AS WELL AS PAINTING ABILITIES
• Basic set of tools to complete tasks
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Must be able to physically climb a ladder, bend or crawl into awkward spaces
• Must be ok with working at limited heights
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds at a time

• Conduct interior maintenance projects
• Conduct exterior maintenance projects
• Conducting inspections of premises
• Hauling of garbage & other items
• Complete tenant service issues
• Assisting other maintenance staff with seasonal projects other duties as assigned

Hourly pay range: $20.00 to $25.00/hr dependent on skill and work experience
