Position: Handyman Contractor for Real Estate Company
Join our real estate company as a handyman contractor, specializing in maintenance and repairs. This role is temporary and requires strong skills in drywall and plumbing repairs.

We are looking for a reliable handyman with a valid driver’s license and transportation, ideally a truck, to assist with a variety of maintenance projects. You will work on both interior and exterior tasks, prioritize tenant requests, and carry out inspections. The ability to communicate effectively and work efficiently is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute maintenance projects inside and outside properties

• Conduct property inspections regularly

• Address tenant service issues swiftly

• Assist in garbage hauling and other tasks

• Collaborate on seasonal maintenance duties

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and necessary transportation

• Basic tools needed for maintenance tasks

• Capability to lift items up to 100 pounds

• Proficient in drywall, plumbing, and carpentry

• Strong organizational skills and communication abilities
