Become a Service Technician for AG Authority and engage in the diagnosis and repair of various equipment. This role combines vital technical skills with extensive field and shop responsibilities.

At AG Authority, your role as a Service Technician will involve diagnosing issues in agricultural equipment while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You’ll work collaboratively with service teams, maintaining a focus on customer needs and effective communication. Your contribution to continuous improvement will enhance our service department's efficiency and efficacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and electronic systems

• Perform thorough inspections and maintenance

• Support field service operations during emergencies

• Keep accurate records of work and parts used

• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality

Requirements:

• Journeyperson status preferred; apprentices welcome

• Prior experience with agricultural machinery

• Valid driver's license needed

• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions

• Effective problem-solving and communication skills
