OverviewArtemis Gold is a well‑financed, growth‑oriented gold development company with strong financials aimed at creating shareholder value through the identification, acquisition, and development of gold properties in mining friendly jurisdictions. The Company’s current focus is the Blackwater Mine in central British Columbia approximately 160km southwest of Prince George and 450km northeast of Vancouver. The first gold and silver pour at Blackwater was achieved in 2025 and commercial production was declared on May 1, 2025.

- Demonstrate effective safety leadership by addressing and enforcing BW Golds safety standards, procedures, and safety systems.
- Compile, input, and file data collected from contractors (shift reports, LEMS, NOEs, Change Notices, PODs and other required project related information).
- Set up and maintain effective filing systems organizing categories and data.
- Take minutes at meetings and distribute them to the plant construction team.
- Prepare, maintain, and safeguard the confidentiality of office files.
- Ensure all communication documents are formatted correctly, have proper attachments and spelling, punctuation, and grammar are correct.
- Generate purchase requisitions.
- Order office supplies and consumables for plant construction team.
- Other clerical duties as required.
- Certificate or diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1‑2 years of administrative experience, ideally in mining, construction, or industrial environments.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with Pronto or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
- Team player with the ability to focus on instructions and complete tasks in a safe and timely manner.
- Ability to work at a remote location camp on a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation.
- Comfortable working and living in close quarters with the team.
- Ability to maintain high levels of performance over 12‑hour shift.
- Be a safety leader and respect the traditional territories and culture of the Indigenous communities which host the project site.
