We are looking for a Receptionist who thrives in a busy office environment, serving as the first point of contact for clients and managing reception operations seamlessly. You'll engage with customers and staff, all while ensuring a well-maintained and effective workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism
• Manage the reception email and respond to inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness in reception and guest areas
• Assist with administrative tasks including supply management
• Schedule and coordinate appointments effectively
Requirements:
• Must hold a High School Diploma
• At least 2 years in a similar reception role
• Excellent command of Microsoft 365 Suite
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid BC driver's license and access to a vehicle needed
