Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain comprehensive project and equipment files
• Prepare essential reports for both internal and client needs
• Collaborate with departments to manage financial processes
• Support maintenance scheduling for equipment
• Develop tracking logs and scheduling documents
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in a project or operations support role
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and software systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
