Houle is in search of a professional Receptionist to join our vibrant team. With at least two years in administrative support or reception, you'll manage front desk operations, direct calls, and create a positive atmosphere for clients and co-workers alike. Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Manage and respond to email inquiries
• Maintain a well-organized and professional reception area
• Provide support for administrative tasks and operations
• Schedule appointments and manage related calendars
Requirements:
• High School Diploma is essential
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite
• Strong communication abilities in English
• BC driver's license and vehicle access required
