Contribute to project success as an Administrative Support Specialist at IDL Projects Inc., focusing on administrative tasks to enhance project management efficiency.
Your role will include scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
As the Project Administrator, you will manage vital documents and reports while providing support to the Project Management team in a construction setting. A minimum of two years of experience in an administrative capacity within a project environment is essential to effectively coordinate travel and liaise with key personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and submit project reports effectively
• Ensure documents are maintained accurately
• Coordinate travel for project staff as needed
• Interface with Accounts Payable and Receivable teams
• Assist in purchasing and project documentation management
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in construction administration
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with strong time management
• Ability to guide and support junior staff
