In this position, you will be responsible for delivering high-level administrative functions tailored to meet the needs of educational administrators. Key tasks include scheduling, organizing meetings, managing communications, and assisting with faculty recruitment. You will also maintain confidentiality throughout various essential processes while promoting a supportive atmosphere within the college community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer administrative support and manage office communication
• Coordinate for interviews and recruitment processes
• Distribute reports and keep accurate meeting minutes
• Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of records
• Assist with budgeting and financial reconciliations
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Four years in a similar administrative role
• Strong tech skills with office software
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively
