1. Provide essential support in primary care and mental health services for young people in a community-oriented environment.

Reporting to the Foundry Assistant Manager, you will perform critical administrative duties as part of a multi-disciplinary team focused on youth wellness. Your responsibilities include managing patient intake, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries, all while fostering a supportive environment. Engage directly with young clients and their families to promote access to a variety of community resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate reception activities and customer service interactions

• Manage client charts and administrative records diligently

• Direct inquiries and assist clients in navigating services

• Process forms and maintain appointment schedules

• Contribute to data collection and reporting tasks

Requirements:

• Medical office assistant course completion with relevant experience

• Background working with youth or marginalized groups

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and EMR software

• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

• Capability to handle confidential information securely
