Join Quesnel School District as a casual secretary, offering a pay rate from $27.98 to $32.08/hour. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
The district is looking for casual work oriented secretarial staff, part of CUPE Local 4990. Applicants are required to have graduated from Grade 12 and ideally possess an Office Administration qualification. Strong technical abilities in Word and Excel will be essential for daily office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize office paperwork
• Provide support for administrative tasks
• Use Microsoft Office proficiently for documentation
• Assist in communication with school personnel
• Maintain records accurately and timely
Requirements:
• Must have completed Grade 12 education
• Office Administration Program certification preferred
• Background in Accounting 11 or equivalent
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Provide at least three professional references
