Position: Coordinator Resource Management Role at MNP

As the Coordinator, you will ensure effective utilization of professional staff while collaborating with engagement managers to provide real-time updates on staffing needs and project timelines. Your efforts in maintaining accurate resource data and analyzing capacity will play a key role in enhancing service delivery. Additionally, your involvement in compliance activities will ensure the robustness of time-reporting and staffing policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate client service staff assignments based on project needs

• Maintain real-time staffing visibility and engagement schedules

• Update and manage resource data efficiently

• Monitor billability and workload distributions

• Serve as a contact point for staffing requests
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred

• 2-3 years experience in a relevant work environment

• Strong Excel and project management tool proficiency

• High attention to detail and organizational skills

• Written and verbal English communication skills
